Library
The UIBE Library has a collection of 700,000 books, periodicals,
and audio-visual and other materials in ten foreign languages. The library
provides its users with a graduate hall, an undergraduate hall, a reference
hall, a domestic periodicals hall and a foreign periodicals hall.

and Computer Center
Apart from the programs of study and training offered to
students majoring in economic information management and all other students
of the University, the Net and Computer Center undertakes to explore and
establish a teaching administrative system on the basis of computerization
and provides all the teaching and research staff and the students with
the availability of a computer service.

Technology Center
The Education Technology Center
provides with all modern facilities for radio broadcasts, closed circuit
television programs, movie and slide shows, and satellite wave reception.
15 language labs with altogether 353 seats are simultaneously available
for language teaching. An extensive collection of audio-cassettes in 10
different foreign languages totaling about 11,000 hours as well as a great
number of video tapes, Video CDs for the purpose of teaching and research
work are kept at the disposal of the teaching and research staff and students.
