Survey
Established in 1999, the
School of Higher Vocational Education (SHVE) is one of academic schools
of UIBE. The chief mission of SHVE is to cultivate talents using a combination
of academic and vocational skills based on the advantages in specialties
and resources of UIBE. At present, SHVE has 1505 undergraduate students.

"Top-up Program" is developed by
both Napier University Business School and School of Higher Vocational
Education UIBE. This program allows all qualified candidates from SHVE
to study at NUBS for one or more academic years and obtain Bachelor Degree
at NUBS subject to their successful completion of the modules agreed previously
between NUBS and SHVE. The subject areas are: Finance, Accounting, E-Commerce,
International Trade, Business English, Foreign Affairs Secretary and public
relations, Economic Information management, Customs and Goods Transportation.
