On-Campus Residences

The School of International Education offers assistance to international students in locating accommodation during their period of study at UIBE. There are three on-campus student residences available.

Huibin House is a six-floor building providing 198 standard rooms and 10 spacious suites. The first and second floors house offices and classrooms while the upper four floors are designed as a dormitory to accommodate foreign students on campus.

All the standard rooms and suites are equipped with fine furniture and modern facilities, including telephones, television sets, air conditioning and private baths. For your convenience, the House has set up a business service office, a recreation hall, an exercise room, a coffee shop, a laundry and a number of public kitchens on different floors.

At present the long-term student price is RMB 90/day for double occupancy in a standard room and RMB 150/day for a suite. A refundable deposit of US$100 or RMB1000 is required at check-in.

Huide Apartment has 108 apartments. Each apartment has a spacious sitting room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartments can be rented by a single person, a married couple or shared with a roommate. At present the long-term student rates are RMB120-130/day. Huicai Apartment completed in September 2002, has 72 apartments. Each apartment has a spacious sitting room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
