The China Business Studies Program is offered by professors from UIBE's different schools and departments with extensive experience in their fields of expertise. The aim of the program is to allow students with a high proficiency in Chinese to acquire a comprehensive knowledge of modern China's economic environment in a short period of time.

 

At present, the program is divided into two sub-programs (A and B) as detailed below. Generally speaking, Program A starts in the fall and Program B in the spring. However, if enough students are interested, both programs can be offered simultaneously.

1. Establishment & Tax Policy for Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures

2. Reform & Policies of China's Foreign Trade System

3. Chinese Foreign Trade Law

4. Chinese Foreign Trade Practice & International Conventions

5. China's Policies for Absorbing Foreign Investment

6. Advanced Business Chinese

7. Business Newspaper Reading

 

Academic Calendar

Each program takes one semester so that the entire course of study requires a full year.

Fall Semester (Program A): September 1 - January 10

Spring Semester (Program B): March 1 - July 10

 

Tuition and Fees

Tuition for the first semester is RMB 9900 and RMB 9100 for the consecutive one. The tuition should be paid in full on the day of registration. In addition, the application fee of RMB 660 is  required for the first semester.

 

Examination and Certification 

Students who have completed all the courses and passed all the course examinations will be granted a certificate of completion.
